Why it matters

Your pricelist is how buyers find you. Prices show up in Search Deals, Bulk Sell, and item Sell mode. They also become cost basis in Trading (Purchases on free; Incoming with Premium).

The editor

Edit Pricelist has tabs for Items, Properties, Services, and announcements. On Items:

  • Search, or filter to unpriced items to finish gaps.
  • Expand all categories to see every row.
  • Set a price per item. That is what goes public.
  • Category cards can have their own bulk controls and defaults.
  • Save all when you are done.

Bulk pricing rules

Skip hand-pricing hundreds of items. Apply rules and let the editor compute prices:

RuleWhat it does
Market-basedPrice as a % of market (e.g. pay 95%).
Points-basedPrice relative to current points value.
Inflation protectionStops computed prices from chasing spikes.
Round toRounds to clean numbers.
Bulk thresholdsDifferent rates above a qty (e.g. +1% at 100+).

Rules and overrides

Rules fill defaults. A manual price on a row wins. Common setup: one market-based rule, then hand-tune your main items.

First-time setup

  1. Open Edit Pricelist and run the built-in tour.
  2. Set a global bulk rule for categories you trade.
  3. Filter to unpriced items. Fill gaps or drop categories you do not buy.
  4. Write an announcement with your terms. See Announcements & reviews.
  5. Save all, then open your public list and check how it reads.

Keeping it fresh

  • Stale prices cost you deals and can leave you quoted at old rates.
  • Market-based rules age better than fixed prices, but still review after big market moves.
  • Public lists show last updated and last trade. Active lists win.
