Before you start

  • Active Premium with trade sync on

The flow

Open Trading. Stock in goes to Incoming. Stock out goes to Outgoing. Ledger shows which Incoming lots paid for which Outgoing. Overflow catches qty that did not match. RW Flips tracks ranked UID gear. Museum tracks set exchanges and points sales.

Sync Now

Logs sync on a timer. Sync Now (right side of the Trading tab bar) forces a pull. Use it after a big sale or when numbers look stale.

Incoming

Buys, receives, finds, and other stock coming in. Companion receipts and Torn log acquires both land here. This is your cost basis. Filter with Sources when you only care about certain buy kinds.

Outgoing

Sells plus item use, sends, and dump-style exits. Via shows how it left. Cost comes from Incoming lots (FIFO: oldest unmatched lot of that item first). Uses and sends show $0 revenue.

Ledger

Lot table: Incoming lots and what Outgoing consumed them. Edit $0 freebie costs when you know a better number. Edited costs stick across later syncs. Leave Ledger open while you sell for live updates.

Overflow

Sold more than Incoming covers (old stock, gifts you turned off in log groups, spins). From Overflow you can assign a manual cost, add a private adjustment, or leave it unmatched.

RW Flips

Ranked weapon / armor lots by UID (yellow / orange / red). A lot opens on acquire and closes on sell or send. Bunker scrap moves to Pending BB until those bucks buy a cache and that cache is sold - then cash is attributed back to the weapons that funded the bucks. Filter All / Open / Closed / Pending BB / Written off. Summary shows open lots and closed profit.

Museum

Completed museum set exchanges sync from Torn logs into the same FIFO path. Points Market sells (log 5011) sync automatically when the Museum log group is on, draining oldest parked set cost first — same idea as RW bunker → cache sales. Manual point sales remain available as a fallback.

Simple routine

  1. Trade as usual. Keep companion receipts for list-price trades; sync picks up the rest.
  2. Sync Now after a huge sale.
  3. Skim Ledger for $0 freebies worth editing.
  4. Clear Overflow when you still remember where unmatched qty came from.
  5. Read Profit for the week.
