Buy 5000 jackets or some crap and trash them.

Use a pillow and a good weapon. Hit ~18 times, then mix in good weapon to get them low. On 24th attack use pepper spray, on 25th kill them.

Hit a low level when you have some stats.

Have > 200 nerve available and spam all the shoplifting areas until you have 100% on all. Do this merit early before you have too much skill in shoplifting

Lose to someone, med out of hospital, then defeat them.

Donate at the church. Small daily donations add up.

Open Missions and finish Introduction: Duke. Short and free.

When not at full health, use Blood Bag : Irradiated, then use a Neumune Tablet. Withdraw blood while irradiated if those bags still have value. Current cost of merit: $3m
